I just wished to let you know that the image being used for the Togorian Jedi "Bhixen" is in fact a piece of personal comissioned/gifted artwork of my personal Togorian Jedi Character and Rebel Legion costume, Qin Sri.
I refer to this article: http://star-wars-legends.wikia.com/wiki/Bhixen
Whilst I appreciate that google searching "Togorian Jedi" returns many images of my character, I would very much appreciate if art and images of my chatacter, Qin, were not used to represent this character or any other Togorian that is not herself. Also, if for no other reason than her description and appearance does not match that of his. If however you did wish to create an article on my character as a representative of her species as a Jedi, I would be happy to provide the required information.
I noticed my the Asajj Ventress article - which I wanted to update it to make it legends - it keeps being deleted? Any reasons?
The information I placed there on her was from the 2003-05 Clone Wars: Microseries. I left room for others to add her activity from the Start Wars Republic comics. To the extent of my knowledge, these are her appearances in Legends.
UPDATE: I made a blog post to elaborate on the TCW vs CW Multi-media thing. Feel free to respond on the post and here as well as I'd like to see your answer on both this specific question and the more broad ones in the blogpost :)
Hey Spen! (Apologies, but I don't know any other casual name to call you.) How've you been, buddy? I noticed you've given me rights again. Just to let you know, I don't deserve them, and will likely not edit much here, if at all in the future. Regardless, I wish you well if this is the last time we speak!
How is life, old friend? I am very sorry for not being too active here in the past few months, but I have been promoted on quite a few other wikis, and so was more interested in them. I understand if you think I should be demoted from admin, and other users deserve this honor more than I, but I won't leave for good, whatever your choice.
I have learned so many things about editing in the past few months it is amazing.
Another inquiry I was meaning to ask you is if we are ever planning on changing the name of the wiki? I'm not forcing you, I have just noticed that the feedback from half our contributors is not pleasant, and they vandalize the first time they join, as they believe canon articles do not get pages here.
That's it for now, and good luck in all your endeavors!
Spenpiano informed me that he doesn't really want to discuss it, but from what I can tell, he was blocked for adding fanon content to articles. I guess he didn't mean to, but the admins on Wookieepedia haven't given him another chance.
I still can't believe TWO users vandalized Jar Jar Binks's page. One user first inserted profanity and inappropriate stuff into the article, and the second one, instead of correcting the vandalism, decided to change the wording to different words of profanity! I blocked both and banned them from chat. This is terrible. I understand that most Star Wars fans hate Jar Jar, but that's no way to show it.
Sorry for this long message, I just wanted to let you know. Oh, and I also couldn't rollback or undo their edits, so I had to delete the page, as if I had gone the long way, more users who hate Jar Jar would just vandalize it again, and the only other solution would be to protect it. If you still want the page back, you can restore it, but there's gonna be a lot of profanity to eliminate. Please reply.
I may not be able to edit here often, as most of my time is spent on the Goosebumps Wiki, R.L. Stine Wiki, and Potc Extras Wiki. I'm also planning on adopting a wiki, and have become inactive on Wookieepedia. Anyway, if I spot a vandal, I will most certainly block them.
