Kathos Loof was a Human male miner who lived during the Clone Wars and First Galactic Civil War. He was the father of Trammis, serving in the First Imperial Army somewhere in the Coruscant system.
Biography[]
Born from an unknown world, Kathos Loof worked as a miner during the time when the Clone Wars, a galactic conflict between the Galactic Republic and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. After the war ended in 19 BBY, Kathos continued his career when the Republic was reorganized into the First Galactic Empire under the rule of Emperor Sheev Palpatine. During the time of the First Galactic Civil War, Kathos was working in the Graveyard of Alderaan after the Empire desrtoyed the planet. That was when he encountered Darth Vader, who requested Loof to allow a team of Imperial Intelligence Service agents to use his station as a base of operations in a trap set to capture Princess Leia Organa. Loof readily agreed, due to the fact that he was a staunch supporter of the New Order.[2]
Personality and traits[]
Kathos Loof believed the Rebel Alliance was doomed to failure and viewed them as the greatest threat to his son's safety. He was a man who enjoyed his line of work and had a natural aptitude for seeking out and finding new ore deposits.[2]
