Tolan Hing was a Arkanian Jedi Master who served the Old Jedi Order during the final era of the Old Galactic Republic. He was a known expert in constructing and repairing lightsabers in the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.
Biography[]
Born on the world of Arkania, Tolan Hing was raised by the Old Jedi Order at a young age and was taken to the Jedi Temple on Coruscant where he would learn the ways of the Force. After completing every trial, Tolan reached the rank of Jedi Master and was known among the Jedi that he was able to repair any lightsaber damaged in the line of duty.
When the Clone Wars erupted after the First Battle of Geonosis in 22 BBY, Tolan remained at the Temple and continued repair a number of lightsabers. After the war was at an end in 19 BBY, Toma was stationed at the Temple when Order 66 was executed by Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine, who was revealed to the Sith Lord Darth Sidious. When Darth Vader led the 501st Legion to destroy all the Jedi in the Temple, Master Tolan and a number of Jedi engaged their new enemy and defend the temple at all cost until they were perished in the massacre, resulting the start of the Second Jedi Purge and the formation of the First Galactic Empire.
